Ingredients

6 medium to large potatoes, boiled and cubed

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cottage cheese

2 tsp salt

½ tsp grated onion

1 garlic clove, minced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients other than cheese and spread in a baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

Step 2

Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes.

Note: This can be made and frozen 1-2 days in advance.
