Ingredients

1 cup onions, diced

1 cup green peppers, diced

2 garlic cloves, crushed

6 tbsp vegetable oil

4 cups potatoes, cooked and finely diced

1 cup canned tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 tsp monosodium glutamate

2 bay leaves

8 cups corned beef, finely diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onions, green peppers, and garlic cloves until tender.

Step 2

Stir in the potatoes, tomatoes, monosodium glutamate, bay leaves, and salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add corned beef and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 4

Transfer hash to a baking dish and bake in a 350-degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
