Ingredients
2 cans whole tomatoes (20oz)
2 cans tomato paste (12oz)
2 cans tomato sauce (1x 29oz, 1x 15oz)
~2oz Romano cheese
~2 oz Parmesan cheese
~1tsp garlic salt
1tsp oregano
¼ tsp onion
salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Pepperoni (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Add whole tomatoes to a blender and puree until smooth.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook until it reaches your preferred consistency.
