Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 oz Russian dressing

8 oz apricot preserves

1 envelope onion soup

¼ cup water

1 can pineapple chunks, drained (optional)

1 green pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Add chicken to a baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.

Step 2

Cover and bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour.

Step 3

Uncover and bake for an additional ½ hour. (Add the pineapple and green pepper, if using).
