Ingredients

2lbs ground beef

2 eggs

1 cup whole milk

3 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp horseradish

2 tbsp minced onion

¼ tsp pepper

¾ tsp salt

1 cup soft bread crumbs (e.g., Panko)

3 slices of bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350-degrees.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients except the bacon together thoroughly.

Step 3

Shape into a loaf and add to a loaf pan. Top the loaf with the bacon.

Step 4

Bake for 1 hour.

Step 5

Top with ketchup or tomato sauce (optional) and serve.
