Ingredients
3 slices of bread
½ cup water
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Dried oregano and parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put the bread slices into a bowl and add the water; let stand for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add the egg, beef, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and cheese to the bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Step 3
Shape into ~1½” balls using your hands or a tablespoon.
Step 4
Oil a baking sheet, add the meatballs with space between them, and bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for ~20 minutes.
