Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1¼ cups flour

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat together the egg, milk, and oil.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until everything is just moistened - batter will be lumpy.

Step 4

Heat pan to 400-degrees, add a small amount of oil, and make pancakes to desired size. Serve hot.
