Ingredients

1lb ground beef

1 cup bread crumbs

1 ¼ cups milk

2 eggs, beaten

¼ cup minced onion

1¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp dry mustard

¼ tsp dried sage

¼ tsp celery salt

¼ tsp garlic salt

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350-degrees.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Step 3

Shape into a loaf and add to a loaf pan.

Step 4

Bake for 1½ hours.

Step 5

Top with ketchup or tomato sauce (optional) and serve.
