1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup water
2 tsp minced onion
⅛ tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
½ cup carrots
½ cup peas
½ cup diced cooked potato
1 cup biscuit mix
⅓ cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 450-degrees.
Step 2
Combine soup, water, onion, poultry seasoning, chicken, carrots, peas, and potato, and add to a 1½ quart dish.
Step 3
Bake at 450-degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine the biscuit mix and milk, then drip this mixture around the casserole and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
