Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
2 stalks broccoli, cooked and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp curry powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place cooked and cut up broccoli in the bottom of a casserole dish, then top with the cooked and cut up chicken.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken and broccoli.
Step 3
Bake covered in a preheated 350-degree oven for ½ hour, then uncover and bake for ½ hour more.
