Ingredients
2 lbs Beef roast
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
¾ cup Burgundy wine
Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into 1” cubes, and add to an oven-safe dish with a lid.
Step 2
Mix together the soups and wine, and pour over the beef.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for at least 2 hours.
Tips
Good served over mashed potatoes, noodles (e.g., egg), or rice.
