Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups rhubarb, sliced
~¾ cup sugar
1½ tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the strawberries, rhubarb, ½ cup sugar, cornstarch, and ⅛ tsp salt. Add mixture to a baking dish.
Step 2
Make the topping. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, 3 tbsp sugar, cinnamon, and ⅛ tsp salt.
Step 3
Cut up the butter into small cubes. Slowly work the butter into the flour mix until it is completely mixed. Pour the flour mixture over the strawberries and rhubarb mixture.
Step 4
Bake at 375-degrees for 45-minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
