Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb, cut into 1” pieces
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch (2 tbsp if fresh)
½ cup butter, cubed
½ cup brown sugar
1½ cup oatmeal
½ cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together the rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Add this mixture to a greased 9” pan.
Step 2
Combine the remaining ingredients. Spread over the top of the rhubarb mixture.
Step 3
Bake at 375-degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
