Ingredients
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
16oz can Pumpkin
1 small can of evaporated milk
¾ cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
Pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all of the ingredients and pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Step 2
Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Reduce heat to 350-degrees and bake for an additional ~45 minutes (Or, it is done when a sharp knife inserted in the center comes out clean.)
Step 4
Cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
