Ingredients
½ stick butter, melted & cooled slightly
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp vinegar
2½ cups flour
1½ tsp salt
¾ cup shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the egg, water, vinegar, and cooled butter. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Whisk together the flour and salt. Cut in the shortening.
Step 3
Pour cold egg mixture over flour and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Roll out when ready to use!
