Ingredients

14 graham crackers

3 tbsp butter

1 lb white sugar

¾ cup brown sugar

12 oz cream cheese, softened

2 large eggs (or 3 medium eggs)

1¼ tsp vanilla extract

12 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar. Crush the graham crackers, add to the bowl, and mix thoroughly. Line a 9” pie pan with this mixture and set aside.

Step 2

Add eggs to softened cream cheese one at a time and cream with beater or spatula. Mix in ½ tsp vanilla and ½ cup sugar. Pour this mixture over the crackers. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.

Step 3

Mix together sour cream, ¼ cup sugar, ¾ tsp vanilla and pour over the cheese mixture immediately. Bake at 300-degrees for 5-8 minutes. Cool on rack.
