Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
3¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup sugar
2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each)
14 oz can condensed milk
3 eggs
¼ cup lemon juice
16 oz sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300-degrees.
Step 2
Combine the butter/margarine, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a jelly roll pan.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the condensed milk until smooth.
Step 4
Add the eggs and lemon juice and mix well. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven until set. Cool and chill thoroughly.
Step 5
Spread sour cream over the top, cut into squares, and serve immediately.
