Ingredients
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz American cheese
⅓ cup milk
½ cup dry white wine
7½ oz can crab meat
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cheese into chunks. Add to a sauce pan or small pot along with the milk. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Stir in the wine and crab and mix thoroughly. Keep warm until ready to serve.
