Ingredients

2 lbs beef kielbasa, cut into ½-inch slices

1 can beer

1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add the kielbasa to a skillet or deep sauté pan and brown over medium-high heat for ~5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the beer to the kielbasa and mix. Bring to a boil, then stir, reduce heat, and simmer for ~5 minutes.

Step 3

Using a slotted spoon, remove the kielbasa from the beer and transfer to a baking dish. Pour the brown sugar over the kielbasa and mix well.

Step 4

Add the baking dish to a 350-degree oven and bake for ~30 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from the oven, mix well, and serve on its own or with spicy mustard.
