Ingredients
4 avocados
3 tbsp lemon juice
8 dashes hot pepper sauce
½ cup red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

Step 1
Peel and coarsely chop the avocados. Add to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve.
