Ingredients
1 cup tomato soup
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp gelatin
½ cup cold water
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cans medium shrimp
1 cup salad dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Bring tomato soup to a boil along with a pinch of salt, then reduce to a simmer. Stir in cream cheese.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water, then add it to the hot mixture.
Step 3
Fold in the celery, onions, and shrimp.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Add salad dressing, then refrigerate to chill. Serve with crackers.
